Developing a growth mindset has allowed me to rethink the way I learn, communicate and think about the leader I strive to become. As my journey continues in Applied Digital Technology, my views on how I can accept challenges and how I remedy setbacks as evolved. I no longer feel stuck but with the guidance of feedforward, I have an opportunity to reflect and solve. I understand I am a work in progress and my professional and personal growth is continuous and should never be stagnant. By creating my learning manifesto these are the beliefs that I kept repeating and voicing. My goal is to implement an inclusive learning environment so education is equitable. I must continue modeling being a self-directed lifelong learner because these are the same expectations I have for my students. Providing students a choice on how they learn is how I will prepare them for lifelong learning. WHY? Because every child has a right to have someone advocate for their quality of life.
